Darrio Does Workshops at NAISDA

NAISDA is Australia’s National Indigenous Dance College on the NSW Central Coast.  The students studies include Cultural (Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander), most forms of dance technique, theatre and academic.  Performers have since gone on to have successful careers in Performing Arts such as Dance, Music, Theatre & Film.  Darrio is very excited to be involved in teaching these kids Hip Hop from Monday 6th April - Thursday 9th April, 2009.  Since the Indigenous people are such amazing story tellers in their own Cultural Dance form, it is with great pleasure that Darrio will teach Hip Hop, yet another avenue for Self expression through Dance!

  • You may have heard, the scaffolding around the Piccadiliy Centre on Castlereagh St collapsed last week.  I’ve had a couple of queries, so I thought I would let everyone know CLASSES WILL GO AHEAD AS USUAL.

The things you need to know are:

    • You cannot drive down Castlereagh St
    • You must enter Castlereagh St on foot from Park Street
    • Walk on the East side of the footpath (the studio side)

If you have any further questions please just contact us.
